4th get together at Jane's House

Much sewing, ironing, chatting, laughing and eating of cake! The next session will be at Towse's when a date that will be good for most can be set. Judy brought in a small selection of fabrics (Cotton Candy) which was excellent - soon she will be stocking some really scrummy threads

 



Chiltern Quilters 2013 Show in High Wycombe

Carolyn and Towse spent most of Saturday at the show and only came back with relatively small amounts of fabrics, books, etc etc.! Lovely things and a lot of inspiration. Here's just a few samples (Towse took loads of pictures to show everyone later) so I can practice uploading things to this blog

Warning - New Fabric Shopping Temptations!

Just a quick post to let you all know that a new fabric shop has opened in Wendover, above A Little Bird Told Me Gallery, called Fabric HQ. Rae who runs it with her mum lives in Wendover and has been running her store online until now, do pop in and say Hi and tell her I sent you - go armed with iron willpower though ladies, it's all lovely and you will suffer the 'wanties'!!

Looking forward to meeting up again soon now my mornings are free again. My new class of Simple Sampler pupils begins on Tuesday the 30th April in the morning at St Annes Hall in Wendover, so if you're passing, pop in and say hi and cheer on the new recruits and Helen will no doubt have the kettle on as usual! I'm also going to teach some quick little morning classes at the new shop on Wednesday mornings so if you fancy a one off morning out do come along! Hope you're all well, love debs x
